Warriors is excited to announce this very special Sunday pre-season training workshop. Our head skills coach Taylah will be joined by our special guest, Aussie Stinger Jamie Oberman, for this full-day session for junior players 13 - 18 years. Held in the outdoor pool at Chandler, the day will run as follows:

• 09.30-10.00 – Dry land warm-up work
• 10.00-12.00 – In pool, various drills
• 12.00-1.00 – Lunch break (BYO lunch), question time with Jamie
• 1.00-3.00 – In pool, drills & games
• 3.00 – finish/pick-up

Due to the drills and exercises involved, this workshop is not suitable for our U12 age groups.
